Today, the Kickstarter campaign for scifi military comic Critical Ops Task Force went live. The 130 page graphic novel, from Wise Acre Comics, contains 3 stories all set in a futuristic war-torn setting.

Written by Nigel Lynch, Critical Ops Task Force: Volume 1 offers three stories, including The Prodigal Son, about a daring rescue mission, Stolen Salvation, about a rogue scientist, and Ruby Pixel: Ctrl Alt Delete, a cyberpunk thriller about fractured identity and digital ghosts.
Wise Acre Comics, based in Arizona, are a comic creator that pride themselves on telling quality stories while focusing on original content. They have previously launched a number of successful Kickstarter campaigns, including for cyberpunk comic Neon Ghost.
The campaign offers a returning backer bonus free gift for any backers who have pledged to previous campaigns. There are several reward tiers, including options for digital and physical versions, a collectors’ edition, as well as packages including previous stories in the Critical Ops series.
